RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At FULENARO, we aim to ensure customers feel confident when shopping online. If a product does not meet your expectations, we provide a straightforward process for eligible returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify, returned products must generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Personalized products, final-sale merchandise, and certain opened hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

Return Requests

To initiate a return, email contactus@fulenaro.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photographs when possible.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability. This reporting period does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping and Cancellations

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. FULENARO will cover reasonable return shipping expenses when the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the standard return process generally applies.
